where's the blur tool??

Hi

First, sorry for my bad english

I'm looking for the blur tool (it's like an drop water in photoshop)

for example : it's only to blur the outline not all the picture

There isn't exactly a blur "tool" but there is a way to do it. If you want to blur just the edges, you have to download the "Feather" plug-in. Then you have to go to Effects>Blurs>Feather and there you have it.

A better option (in my opinion) would be to use the Alpha Mask plug in. Helio describes how to use it in this post. It can be downloaded from the plug in section. I've learned how to use it recently and it does a really good job.

Er, I think he know that there's an effect for it. He just wants the tool.

Paint.NET won't be getting that feature for a while.
