Bulk Operations?

In photoshop you can record a macro and run it on all open files. I think he means something like that, were the operation is not limited to just resizing, but can be applying an adjustment such as auto-color then, resizing, and resaving.

That is not possible in paint.NET. A feature like that has been mentioned in this forum before. But I don’t think it will be anytime soon. If ever.
