Rick Brewster
Ahh, much better. I've posted it to the download thread! I also updated the TranslationPack.txt file to include guidelines for translating the License (do not translate it) and copyright lines (only translate "All Rights Reserved"). So far nobody's gone outside these guidelines, but they should be formally stated. We actually have lawyers dictating this type of stuff to us. Rick Brewster
Starichok, thanks, that link works! However, in the Files.AboutCredits.rtf you must put your name above the credits for Version 2.5, like so: Roman Starikh - Russian translation Version 2.5 ----------- Rick Brewster etc. Also, it looks like the resampling methods in the Image->Resize dialog are not translated ("Best Quality", "Bicubic", "Bilinear", "Nearest Neighbor"). Rick Brewster
Allright, I've updated it on the language pack download page. So is the last 1% just the screenshot of the Photo Printing Wizard? If so I think we can forgive that and call it 100% Quote The Paint.NET Blog: https://blog.getpaint.net/ Donations are always appreciated! https://www.getpaint.net/donate.html

Rick Brewster
New info for language pack authors, quoted from the instructions thread ( http://paintdotnet.12.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=601 ) : Also, all language packs must be submitted by people who have an actual forum account. Aramis
I have finished a new Traditional Chinese language pack with lots stuff updated.Where can I upload the pack or screenshots? What's wrong the with one we currently have? Why do we need a new one? Well, for translate, choose between words that mean the same thing is depend on many conditions such as culture, common useage or something. eleen's pack is well done, but I guess he done that by referring to myy001's Simplified Chinese pack. Therefor, many words in eleen's pack are used by Simplified Chinese but not meet the common useage of Traditional Chinese in Taiwan. So, I reviewed eleen's pack, updated lots stuff and re-pack it. I don't mean to challenge any body but just want to make Paint.NET better. For guys who interest in my pack, I uploaded it to my friend's PC and here is the URL: http://kejjang.com/godsee/pdn/PaintDotNet.zh-CHT.zip Also, some screenshots that compare eleen's pack with mine. http://kejjang.com/godsee/pdn/compare.xls

JENO
Hello. I wanna tell to Pdn developer team and users. . I made Japanese language pack, and support web site for Japanese user. Almost users are not good at English in Japan. So translation to Japanese is big problem in Japanese users. Yesterday, Japanese localizetion of Paint.NET was introduced by Yahoo japan news. URL -> http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20060 ... 01-imp-sci A lot of people accessed my site. it was made over 6,000 unique visitors, and over 3,600 download in a day. I am looking forward to Pdn v2.6 Quote JENO webmaster_at_blackarket_dot_jp http://blackmarket.jp
