The <off topic> thread

You're the one being dramatic. You distroyed the last bit of hope I had which was from flip.

The irony is palpable. :P

Pretty much everyone that's new tries to make tutorials, and it amounts to large quantities of useless threads. Really, if you're a fairly active poster, at ~70 posts you shouldn't be making tutorials. If you really want to help out, learn, then think about teaching. Alright?

MobileMe is kind of useless for me, except for that Find My iPhone feature. Yesterday I signed up for the trial. Today I couldn't find my phone when I woke up, so I pushed the button on the website to make the phone play a sound for 2 minutes.

Found it 10 seconds later buried in the couch. So it's saved me half an hour already! Given my klutzy self this feature alone is probably worth the $99/year. Now if only my keys and wallet could be hooked up to this.

Why do people think they have a right to open new threads on our forum? Maybe I'll disable new thread creation. That'd get people going.

The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.
Amy: But how did it end up in there?
The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.
River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.

Not possible with our forum software. And it's certainly not something I want to deal with.

I hope you're joking. Assembly language is slightly easier than programming the computer in binary.

The account 'janektest' was indeed a test account, to troubleshoot a bug in IE8 according to Rick, the creator of said account.

At least, that's what I've been told to tell you... You members of the paranoid disposition may read into that what you want.

I think this forum needs more inside jokes. :P

Well then lets start one. We can make the noobs feel like bigger noobs by using it in front of them.
