Yeah, the occasional Jehovah's Witness comes around here as well. I wish I knew enough about my religion to pwn one of them in a theological debate.

Arguing with door-to-door evangelists is a waste of time, whether you can argue your case well or not. Reason and religion are, in many individuals, mutually exclusive.

Edit: any possibility of a tut for that sig/av set? they're nice ;P

I'm kind of scared to install one of these themes on my macbook pro... one of the ones that changes my dock icons. From dA, but im still kind of.. o.O

I was kind of scared to do that with the windows theme patch for use of themes with dA, but I am happy I did it. Is the install to install a patch, or for an application that extracts files to certain locations?

I'm kind of scared that if I replace my dock icons with one of these packs that I won't be able to get them back.

I can't imagine it would do something irreversible. Besides, someone out there has created a pack with the default icons, I can almost guarantee it.

If it would somehow get messed up so you couldn't get the default icons back, couldn't you always uninstall and reinstall the dock? Or is that a system component?

I would say its safe. I doubt anything would go wrong as i'm sure if anything did, people would be making tonnes of skins and software for customizing docks on a Mac. Even if anything did go wrong, theres always the Internet, which generally has a good solution. I'd do a bit of research on customization experiences before you do it yourself. ;):)

EDIT: I am so bookmarking this site.

Merry Christmas

That doesn't look invasive to me, if it isn't sent automatically. I think invasive would be showing your coordinate, ip address, social security number, date of birth, etc. If the crash report shows each step of the problem, it would probably be much easier for the developer to solve. ;)

It shows basic details of the computer (which may increase, but probably okay as PDN does it), the exception details and everything done in the program between launching it and the crash (the part that concerns me). Although it isn't sent automatically, users have a habit of just clicking "ok" and probably won't bother to look through it.
