Friday for me.

...do you really think that's going to stop this? They'll probably just think of some big worded excuse when the petition reaches its deadline.
Exactly, which is why I said:
That will fly as well as a lead balloon.
Lead balloons don't have a great success-rate for flight, just like the petition wouldn't.

Er, well, whatever you guys call it in the UK...
It would the be the second of my two years at college, so it would be my most senior year, yes. Actually, do we have a name for it? I guess not. We name our pre-university years in the style of Y1, Y2, Y3, [...], Y13. Anyway, we do now.

I'll be starting my senior year at college on Friday.

Wait - aren't you 17?

Never mind.

eraser18:

Ah yes, Britain uses 'college' far more loosely than the Americas. Our colleges or sixth forms would be equivalent to your eleventh and twelfth grades of high school, of which I'm in the senior, twelfth grade.

Whereas your colleges would be equivalent to our (from what I understand) undergraduate level of university, so up to a Master's degree (which is about three years worth of undergrad uni).

There really should be some universal system, as even the slightly confusing conversations above don't account for countries such as Australia, India, China, Ireland, etc..

Crimson, I quite like your sig. My girlfriend just said "I want one." :-) But I liked it before that, too. :-P

The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.
Amy: But how did it end up in there?
The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.
River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.

Wait. What does she want? A forum signature? A cat? A cat constructed through typography and a dead typographical mouse?

Good question. :-P I think the answer is yes.

Thanks, I only searched in the plugin section. :D
No problem. I remember this one in particular because it wasn't in the Plugins section, thinking it a brilliant effect yet hidden* in the developer section.
@Myrddin: You deleted your signature image?
Indeedy. I haven't had a graphic since before I left for the dig. I was thinking of coming back to regular foruming with the bang of a new signature, alas I have been dry of ideas and inspiration. Archaeology is occupying my mind at the moment, and I don't wish to force it down everybody's throats. Although, there are a few styles and themes of signature at the moment which are, so perhaps it wouldn't be such a bad idea as I once thought... A small amount of variety perhaps?

However, there is David's Indy-parody signature...

*in terms of that newer users might not immediately think to look there for plugins. Also because you tend to find pre-release plugins anyway.
