Today, I sat in a $750,000 car and became friends with it's owner. What did you do?

8)

Seriously, though. The car was a 1972 Pontiac GTO, silver-black duo toned with a Ram Air IV engine. Fully loaded, one of 5 ever made. Only 2 exist today.

In other news, I was inches away from getting an iPhone for $3. There one of those crane things, but on steroids. It had several Wiis, an Xbox 360, a ton of hand bags, a Garmin, and three iPhones. I was so close! The box came out of the crane's grip literally two inches from the prize-box thing! Rip off >_>

those are amazing cars. I'm so jealous..........

in other news, I quickly made a new avatar to match my sig, what do you think? I think I need to experiment more... :)

edit: 55 posts, my lucky number! xD

It's February and it's hot here in Florida. I came back from school one day and saw people in my neighborhood tanning at the pool. :D

Damn global warming. :P

@DarkShock: I'm home now, and I like the sig, too. :-) You did well. I'm honored.

The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.
Amy: But how did it end up in there?
The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.
River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.

testing new sig... I know it doesn't match my avatar, and I did make one to match it, but I don't like it too much......

I'll make a new avatar to match this sig I guess

Nice signature, pachuco!

Although, this brings me onto a point I've always been curious of: why do signatures have to match avatars, and vice versa?

Think of what a signature and avatar are, and the original concept of them: a signature is the signing of your post; an avatar being the graphical representation of your username/appearance.

So, in real life, when have your signature and face every looked alike?

Not that I'm complaining and saying it wrong to have a matching set - it does give your post a uniformed theme, a self contained, graphical representation of you, an embodiment, if you will - I've just always been in wonder to the reasons why it is so expected to have a set rather than one and the other.

EDITED: typos beyond belief.

...Most forums don't allow graphical sigs. But probably because this is the forum of a graphics program - we can. Most forums do have that kind of thing - but because of the topic of this forum - people want a way to publicise their work.
Thanks, but I'm not questioning the motives of graphical signatures (I know why we have them), instead, the apparent need to have signature and avatar match in theme.

But, by your response, you can actually express your artistic abilities and work further by having a non-matching set, thus showing off two pieces of work than one.

EDITED: I can't type today, forgvie me, please.
