Myrddin
I'm thinking about making a wooden-esque signature to match my avatar but I've always gone for contrast with my avatars, always modern, sleek and glassy. If I do then will I have it on brackets like my avatar or just a floating sign, and what would I put on it, 'Myrddin' on its own or 'Myrddin' coupled with an image in which case is the image to be painted on or engraved in the wood. Proverbs, messages, quotes, old written tongue, English, Welsh, Latin, comical, serious, intelligent, simple, dark wood, light wood, coloured wood, small, large, wide, shallow... Mr Frojo
I didnt know ANYTHING about computers untill I was 11. I didnt even have a computer untill I was 11. Even then, it took me about a year to finnaly start learning stuff about it. I'd say I took a pretty big jump in computer knowledge in the past couple of years. Quote I'm still alive! Her eventual goal is to write flash games. That's why I have her learning Paint.NET now. She's the geekiest 10 year old girl ever  Which leads me to something that I've been wanting to say for a long time. I want to clear up this nerd and geek business. They may seem a lot alike, but in reality, they mean completely different things. To be a geek is to know a lot about computer hardware and software. Nerds on the other hand, are just plain uncool. They're into weird things like rock collecting or the Love Boat. Some geeks that happen to be nerds, but for the most part, geeks are cool. Conclusion: Geeks= Respect Nerds= Pity Quote "The greatest thing about the Internet is that you can write anything you want and give it a false source." ~Ezra Pound twtr | dA | tmblr | yt | fb
pyrochild
... I collect rocks... Actually, at least in places like Colorado, there's a much easier way to tell nerds from geeks: Geeks have a tan. Nerds are ghostly. Quote ambigram signature by Kemaru [i write plugins and stuff] If you like a post, upvote it!
Myrddin
And I like Love Boat. Geek isn't really isolated to people who know a lot about computers, the term can also be applied to people who know a lot about any subject, geology, archaeology, stamps etc. Quote How to Save Your Images under Different File Types My dA Gallery

I was not very good at coding or anything at 10. I started learning coding because I played a game and I joined a guild, and they told me to make a website for the guild or they would kick me  well I didn't have money so I made a freewebs I wanted more cool features, so I though I'd try editing in HTML. Made my head spin. But I know the very basics now Does she know CSS? that's the only code I'm good at. Boltbait, how do I write a flash game? I'd love to make one. BB did NOT get mad at you for high post count... Yes he did... Sort of. Paint_boy, I'm getting tired of seeing your ~15 posts per day like this:http://paintdotnet.12.forumer.com/viewt ... 7112#77112 You have the habit of not adding anything to a thread. You seem to be posting just to see your name on the forum listing page. Please stop. You're giving me a headache. usedHONDA
Now it seems like all the mods are mad at me. :x That's how I felt when I started my posting spree (shortly after my 1000th post), but after I slowed down by 10 posts per day, they didn't "hate" me anymore (I don't think...).
