vista?
For some reason, I feel inspired to be more active on the forum since the launch of the new IPB forum. Moving on from that, my brother is nagging my parents to buy an iPod touch - if he does get one he would get a 8GB model yet when reading about iPhone OS 4, it only mentions the 32 & 64GB models so what about the 8GB iPod Touch model? Would it be upgradable to OS 4? iPhone OS 4 Compatibility iPhone OS 4 will work with iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, and the second- and third-generation iPod touch this summer, and with iPad in the fall. Not all features are compatible with all devices. For example, multitasking is available only with iPhone 3GS and the third-generation iPod touch (32GB and 64GB models from late 2009). pyrochild
8GB is 2nd-gen. So it'll be upgradeable to 4.0, but won't have all the features. It won't get multitasking support.
