Question: one of my many neices was showing me her little music play thing on Christmas day (I pod?) she had all these great songs some had what she called albumn covers others were just greyed squares. She wanted to know if I could make some "covers" for the songs without pictures.

she used her finger and slide them sideways on the tiny tiny screen. Must admit my poor eyes just about couldn't see them.

so guys I've not a clue what these are .... where to start....and even if I'm calling them the correct name. Are they possible to make in Paint.net? and what format will I need to save them if they are so she can use them on her little music player?

any size restrictions etc?

Oma, I've been researching on that and I found that the images have to be 175x175 in BMP or JPEG file format. So that should get the creation part done with an imagination like yours.

To get the artwork on to the iPod, I assume it's an iPod, I would follow this.

If it's not an iPod the formats are probably the same. Since, I'm not familiar with other mp3 players, I wouldn't know how to put the artwork on there.

Hope this helps!

Hey Extra, since you've left (in case you haven't noticed) the Forum's undergone several huge changes.

First off, we've now all got personal user galleries in The Pictorium.

Second, the Tutorials Section has been extensively reorganized so people can find what they're looking for much more efficiently.

Just thought you ought to know :P

Welcome back :)
