pyrochild
First off, if this tutorial is inappropriate for this forum, as it's not actually how to make something w/ PdN, sorry. I, however, believe it's ok, since it's teaching how to USE what you've made in PdN. edit: rick moved it to the overflow, so i guess he didn't agree with me. oh well! Myrddin
or you can just use IconPackager You could also try the free IconTweaker, however not as many themes but if you know where to look. I've seen (and used) a Vista one, Buuf plus all the defaults and you can change individual icons one at a time in one window, it saves on having to open each dialogue for each icon. Myrddin
You see now I'm curious, how many people have patched their uxtheme.dll? I did once but then my laptop buggered up because of...well don't know why actually, and haven't patched it since. So just wondering what people think to doing this kind of fiddling.
