Hey, how can I remove the background of my picture file?

Dear all,

In my picture, there are four letters, e.g. ABCD. Now, its background is green. However, I'd love only having four letters without any background or let background be transparent.

I am a little new in using image software.

Therefore, can you help me a little?

Well, use the magic wand tool and select what you want to cut out. Once selected hit delete. Experiment with tolerance levels and see what you can do. Hope I Helped,
