verac the defiled
Well i recommend the line/curve tool ( :LineCurveTool: ), holding shift while using it gives you a completely straight line. you might want to take note of the co ordinates that you draw your lines at to give you an idea where to start/finish the other. hope I Helped
jeydee
Thanks for your reply. But that was not really my question. I want to be able to draw double lines together whether using the brush tool, the straight line tool or the free hand tool (think of it a very thick line using the brush tool but showing the ouline of the line only (without the solid fill inside)
barkbark00
For double lines I just: Open a new canvas. :AddNewLayer: Add a new layer. :LineCurveTool: Draw my single line. :DuplicateLayer: Then I Duplicate the layer. Now Select All (Ctrl+A:SelectAll:) and use the Move Selected Pixels Tool to move the copy of my first line to where I want it. jeydee
Thx barkbark00, works fine for straight lines, but not curves or circles. I just find out a way to do it using Outline (still experimenting with it). Open a new layer, select a very thick brush (25 pt or so), draw your lines, then select Ouline from the Effects menu.

Probably get in trouble posting to such an old thread, but jeydee's idea worked perfectly for me. Just drew my neighborhood street map for guests coming in town. Not a straight line in there and Google maps way too detailed. Used thick brush (black) and drew one street, new layer drew another, etc. Then went back to each layer and used outline from effects menu to turn into double line. Then eraser to remove extra lines between.
