Does anyone here happen to ski? I'm a huge skier. and I ski everyone weekend (sometimes twice a week) I'm a freestyle skier though.

I need help on cork 3's and fakie cork 5's... i can get both with out cork, i just need someone to describe the motion... That'd be amazing!

I'd be glad to help anyone out if they need help with anything that has to do with skiing also...

Still sunny? ;) Oh BTW, you must live somewhere in northern California. I used to live in downtown San Francisco; It was always foggy (fog courtesy of the the bay. :P)

And no, I don't ski. I'd like to though!

v An excellent open–source strategy game—highly recommended.

darn... Thanks though! I think you should get your kids into sking. They'd love it as little children. Being able to work on something and get progressivily better at it... I mean, sking really isent that hard... But it looks hard...

I've skied before but I enjoy snowboarding a lot more. pretty much anything involving a board is fun, snowboarding, skate/longboarding, wakeboarding, etc. The only advice i can give you is just keep trying, push past your fear of falling (if you have one) and eventually you'll get it ;)

Haha, if you knew hard hard what i'm attempting to do is.... you wouldent be saying that... haha, dude, its so scary, cause like, my people (park staff) are stupid, so the only jump that i can possibliy do this on, is a 60ft step-up...

Sounds like fun!

"...Permafrost is nature's long johns!"

Seriously though, just after you've flailed around in mid-air with two long potentially dangerous artificial boards attached to your feet, for the sake of your limbs and other prized possessions, hit ground without too much "plop, bang, thud"

oh thanks for the advice...

See, the thing about freestyle sking, is you know your going to fall like, 5 seconds before you actullly fall... you also know how bad its going to be, and what you could do to stop it... mostly its this...

Before jump: "i'm so ready for this"

On the lip of the jump : "what am i doing here?"

In the air: "I hope my I-pod still has a warrenty"

Ground: "series of long curses and scremes"

I've skiied in my earlier years. Though perhaps I spent more time with the gals than actually skiing.

"I'm a freestyle skier though"

Everyone is a freestyle skier, no matter how much they lie.

Haha, good point. I have met allot of people online from my area, saying there really good freestyle skiers, and i have yet to see anything out of them...

Its allright though, I remember when I first started, the thing that made me go around saying how good i was, was progression, i was amazed at how good i was getting...
