I got exactly the same error messages as with 3.01 "Problem with this windows installer package". I'm going back to using GIMP. At least that installs! I sent a 'pm' to pd5rm (the originator of the topic) almost immediately I got a positive reply. I still can not do the changes in the registry that would cure the 'non-installation'.
