Crtl-F is not working 2.5 beta4

Well, I've tried duplicating this, and I can't.

I've used the Add Noise filter, and then used [Ctrl]+f to repeat it on the whole image and in a selection made after the original was applied. I've done it while a selection was active and used [Ctrl]+f to do it again in the same selection, in a new selection made after the original effect was applied, and on the whole image after the selection was removed.

Try as I might, I can't get this to crash. I'm using Beta4 on a WinXP box.
