BoltBait
Can you show us an example of what you want to create? There are so many different styles... Quote Download: BoltBait's Plugin Pack | CodeLab | and a Free Computer Dominos Game
Krazed
Well I'm not to sure on specifics, all I would really need is a basic style of blood spray. For example, getting shot, a hard punch etc.
BoltBait
What I mean is, there are so many artistic styles, can you show us your comic? Or, can you show us an example of some blood spray you've done that you're not happy with? It would be best if you could find a picture that you really like so that someone here could help you recreate it. 5thEgraphix
Well since your comic seems to be pixelated, why not try drawing red lines in a spraying motion and just motion blur them?
bender
would a new layer with cloud effect work? red as one color and secondary alpha set to 0?

5thEgraphix
Try painting concentrated, but random, lines in the area you want motion blur it by 150 with an appropriate angle.

Rainshadow
What about drawing green random lines on a new layer, delete them, under it put the cloud effect, and zoom blur, motion blur, and frosted glass around the edges?
