Latrell567
I see how businesses and people make a background for letters. Like there's a white background, but the letters aren't just 1 plain color, it's like you just simply put a gradient background behind those letters. How do you do that. racerx
Lots of ways to do this. I like using Alpha Mask for such things. You can use the "Text Window" plugin that may be easier for you. http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/32208-text-window-v12-oct-6-2015/
Eli
Hello Latrell567 Load the image you want for the background. Add a new transparent layer and type your text using Black colour. Copy this layer to the clipboard. Go back to the layer containing your image and run the Alpha Mask... effect. Make sure that Invert Mask and Paste From Clipboard are ticked.
