LionsDragon
@lynxster4, well, the Lion and I had a simple-seeming move turn into something worthy of the Keystone Kops! lynxster4
Your comment is much appreciated @lifeday! The shape you used is not mine, however....it was made by Lydia. (see her shapes thread) I'm glad you're enjoying the shapes, though! lifeday
Dear @lynxster4 I had already downloaded shapes from you a year ago - I hope :-))). Yesterday I downloaded your further shape package - link from the first page. On my wanderings through many pictures I landed on the site of Lydia and Red Ochre and found at Lydia the little dragon that I had already saved on Paint.net. This again adjust a picture with background Red Ochre and Lydia's little dragon. I thought I had to owe this luck with the shapes to you, especially since it is not comprehensible in the paint program who made these shapes available. So this picture of the little dragon came from me enlarged and painted in the style of Lydia's little dragon and a landscape picture of Pixabay, which I worked on accordingly. I will work on more of these little shapes, as they suit my play instinct very well - laugh. Thank you for your correction I honestly thought that little animal was yours. mackenzieh
I downloaded the new shapes using the zip file. It works.. however, when I pull up the shape options, the table/box is huge.. it takes up most of my screen. Is there a way to resize it and make it fit?
lynxster4
Hi @mackenzieh Well, both downloads are zip files. If you are referring to the installer version, the window size is hard-set and you can't change it. If your talking about the regular zip file, set the 'view' to 'List' so you can see more. Do you have your computer set to enlarge things? (like 125% or 150%) I just tried both files and they are working fine for me. Let me know...? I can't set the view to list because that isn't an option in the desktop version 4.0.21. I used the zip files because windows smart screen blocked me from using the installer. lynxster4
Now I know what you're talking about. I thought you were having a problem with the installer or the zip file. You're talking about Paint.Net itself, once the shapes are installed or copied over. No, the shapes window cannot be resized. It will show all the shapes. If you need it smaller, you'll have to unload some shapes. I make another folder under 'paint.net' called 'unused shapes' and dump what I don't need in there. But, they're always handy when I do need them. mackenzieh
Oh, okay. I guess I can create a new folder for my unused shapes, although, I think it would work better if the window itself was resizable, simply because it seems to get in the way if other shapes are added.
