douweikkuh
Hey! I just translated the v3.01-User Interface into Dutch! Its downloadable here: http://dump.douweikkuh.nl/PdN/PaintDotNet.Strings.3.nl.resources or here: http://dump.douweikkuh.nl/PdN/PaintDotNet.Strings.3.nl.zip Just place it in the PdN Installation-folder, and choose Language > Nederlands! I hope you'll enjoy! ---As you of course noticed, this translation is not yet updated to 3.08... But I'm working on it --- --- Hey! If someone knows a program that helps me compare my translation, and the new English-translation-file, so I know what parts of 3.08 I have to translate. Please PM me. Rick Brewster
Thank you all for using my translation I just read on the PdN blog the Dutch translation is used by 2 percent (8) Woohoo! 8)) of the Internet-connected-PdN-using people Actually, the 2% number from my blog post does not mean that 2% of Paint.NET users are using your translation. It simply means that 2% of Paint.NET users have their system set to Dutch. In hindsight, I could have made that clearer... douweikkuh
To bad... But I also read 87% of the users uses a translation/locale, but if what you say is true, that means 13% doesn't even have a language installed on their computer! JorisVdB
Well, though my system is set to Dutch, I still use the English interface, just because it's so much easier to talk about the effects and related (e.g. like in tutorials) things in English. Otherwise you need to think "hmm, how should I translate that?" (there are words where you've got 6 or more meanings for just one word, and that can give some problems)...
