How can I go about selection my logo and removing it wholly?

Recommended Posts

I am not very good at pdn, but I followed a tutorial and made a nice border for a logo i'm making: http://imgur.com/5o5sPPq

I would like to be able to cut it out and have it just on its one with transparent centre and background around the rounded corners. I am having troubles due to the bottom left corner I think leaking white into the centre of the design. I have come across numerous selection tools, but can't figure out how to do it, any help would be awesome, thanks a lot!

Hi there @Rob - play with the tolerance bar when you have the magic wand select the white areas before you press delete.

Hope this works for you :)

Very nice Pixey! I was about to post the same solution... I went to peel some potatoes and when I came back you had already answered.  :)

I would run also the AA's_Assistant effect to soften the edges.
