When I open a new image, I want to align that image to the top left of the working window, with all my tool windows on the right. I can't find a way to move an image out of its "centered" position in Paint.net. Is this possible? Is my version (3.5) just too old? If I wrote that poorly, here's a visual explanation. That doesn't look like a genuine screenshot to me, as the rulers don't line up correctly with the canvas.
