Bob
No you can't. Paint.NET is not a vector program, and will never be. Quote No. Way. I've just seen Bob. And... *poof!*—just like that—he disappears into the mist again. ~Helio
Helio
Unfortunately, you can not. If you want to make vectors, I would use Inkscape. Quote v An excellent open–source strategy game—highly recommended. crosswalker
You can change vector images to bitmap images with inkscape, but I don't think there's a way to turn bitmaps into vectors.
Crazy Man Dan
Actually, Inkscape can indeed trace bitmap images. The conversion isn't perfect, because bitmaps usually contain continuously variable pixels, full of gradations and variance, and vectors are made up of solid shapes, but you can get close. You can find Inkscape here: http://www.inkscape.org/ Quote I am not a mechanism, I am part of the resistance; I am an organism, an animal, a creature, I am a beast. ~ Becoming the Archetype
TehMotoko
Alright. How would you make them into a vector from there? Sorry if its a retarted question, but I'm not that good with PDN or anything yet, although there are some good ones I made ^_- ~Motoko
Crazy Man Dan
Since this is a PDN forum, not an Inkscape forum, email me your question here: crazymandan@gmail.com Quote I am not a mechanism, I am part of the resistance; I am an organism, an animal, a creature, I am a beast. ~ Becoming the Archetype
