Kinda reminds me of the old "Deep Paint" program. So I went with that theme and made paint splatter texture.

Well - what an interesting Plugin Master TR Plugin maker :) .  I hope this rendition is Pollicky enough :lol: .

It took me an age to turn most of the colors white :P before I played some more.

Applying "Tile Reflection" (using negative Curvature values) to the Ipollock results in an interesting colored glass texture.
