MikeDeGuo
Unfortunately I´m not able to unlock the DLL-files in the folder c:/programdata/paint.net/effects And it seems that a lot of people have the same issue. From my point of view it is regarding to the different Windows versions. Is it possible that Windows Smart Screen is restricting the use of "unknown" DLL´s?
