Here are two of them :This is without a plugin.1) Duplicate your image or object.2) While on the duplicated layer, go up to the Menu bar > Layer > Flip horizontal or vertical.3) If you flipped an image that covers/hides your bottom image, use the selection tools to help you delete parts of the duplicated layer, or use the eraser tool.
