First, always make sure you type your text on it's own layer.Then you have at least two choices...Use BoltBait's Outline plugin which is part of this plugin pack : http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/28488-boltbaits-plugin-pack-for-v40-updated-august-7-2014/Or Use Pyrochild Outline Object plugin : http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?showtopic=4923 I tend to use BoltBait's plugin more, but both are good.(Don't know how to install plugins?
