usedHONDA Posted February 19, 2007 Share Posted February 19, 2007 You don't really need a plugin for that. 1. Create text 2. Duplicate the layer 3. Use the outline effect. 4. Adjust the color (hue/saturation) to get the color you want. I used that process to create this, but I used more steps to get the effect I wanted: It may be hard to tell, but it's the little outline you see around the Paint.NET text.
