RenegadeImpala
I tried downloading TechnoRobbo's Alpha cutter V2.1 plugin but when I open my paint.net norton scans what I've downloaded and when it finished it removed the Alpha cutter claming that it's not safe. I even downloaded TechnoRobbo's plugin pack and half the stuff was removed because according to Norton Anti-Virus thing it claims them to be not safe and they've been removed. BoltBait
My suggestion: Get rid of Norton's. It is the worst virus scanner... by far. Try this instead: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security-essentials-download 1 Quote Download: BoltBait's Plugin Pack | CodeLab | and a Free Computer Dominos Game
Ego Eram Reputo
I honestly think Norton should detect and quarantine itself. pdnnoob
Norton blocked my ability to print. It's far more of a hassle than protection. If you want to buy a good quality antivirus software, Kaspersky is fantastic. Otherwise, there's several free antivirus programs out there that work far better than Norton (See BoltBait's response for an example) Quote No, Paint.NET is not spyware...but, installing it is an IQ test. ~BoltBait Blend modes are like the filling in your sandwich. If you've downloaded from this website it's safe. If you got it from some other website or in some unauthorized Plugin Pak (which shall remain nameless) then your may already be infected. And that's where the problem lies, not in the plugins. Your only source for plugins should be forums.getpaint.net. Quote Go out there and be amazing.
