I've had this problem for a while now and i cant seem to find a way to solve it i have tried a downloaded feather tool.

Anyway the problem is that after cutting something with the magic wand tool, Maybe some others, it seems to leave some white edges

I'll upload a picture below :]

If anyone has a solution please tell me below. Keep in mind i am only a beginnner

Thanks in advance,

Once the object has been pasted into it's own layer, run AA's Assistant on the layer to remove the white remnants (and smooth the edges).

The AA tool does work but only to some extend so i had to find a higher resolution honeycomb picture wich also solved the problem, Still needed to use it a bit and its a very useful tool.

End result (for now) is in the attachment. I am still looking for a higher resolution for the logo, I don't know a lot about the logo only that is has to do something with a Metallica band.

Thanks for the help and the problem is solved
