How to repair a damaged color of picture?

I have some picts with damaged colors partially or at some specific corners,

How to repair these broken color parts by using color brushes tools to repair it as the similar color nature that damaged,

Any quick feedback will be highly appreciated,

I usually use the Clone Stamp tool instead Paintbrush tool for this task if the pixels is not the same color.

I checked on Youtube how to use clone stamp,

but when I started to practice it, it seems rejected and displayed this message:

(could not use the clone stamp because the area to clone has not been set)

That error appeared because you haven't yet chosen an area that you will clone to patch and fix the damaged area of the picture.

 

After you have selected the Clone Stamp tool, you must hold Ctrl from your keyboard and click on the area you want to clone before you can proceed by clicking and dragging the Clone Stamp on the damaged area.

 

If you could upload screenshots, that would help us greatly on what's best for you.
