Strange perpendicular lines while drawing

Hello everyone,

I just updated Paint.net to the last version and now I have this strange effect: if I draw into the top right corner, perfect straight lines are drawn from brush position to image borders as you can see in the attached image

I don't know what's happening, could someone tell me if it's a bug or what to do?

The computer I'm using is an Asus netbook s200e with 4gb ram and an integrated video card, windows 8.1.

P.S. Anyway, I meant "top LEFT", not "top right"... I didn't sleep too much! @_@

It's an OS bug doesn't happen in Win7, only in 8 and newer

sorry to hear that and I didn't want to be hard against Paint.

I'm happy I solved thanks to BoltBait and to your register corrector.

Maybe you should write it on the download webpage? I don't know if it's already there, but you should.
