How can I force a gradient to be a specific color at the edges of a selection?

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to make a gradient in a square that necessarily reaches my desired color at the edges (not necessarily exactly at the edges, although not outside them).

The radial mode is almost doing what I desire, but I need the inverse.

So basically, is there a way to invert the gradient tool's radial setting?

Is there a way to force a gradient to reach a specific color at a specific point / selection / area within a selection?

You want to swap the colours used? Use right click instead of left click to draw the gradient.

dkaksl, you can also swap your primary & secondary colours. Pipped to my first response by MikeRobe :D

Oh I see. It was that simple.
