(I like saving mine under desktop) Double click its folder (it will be zipped), inside will be the dll. Click and drag the dll to (C: ) > Program Files > Paint.Net > Effects (or copy and paste.) Now it is ready for use. (If you have pdn open already, you have to close it and reopen pdn for it to work.) 8) v An excellent open–source strategy game—highly recommended.
