usedHONDA
Create some very short yellow vertical lines (it can be any thickness and probably 3-10 pixels high). Create a few horizontal ones in a new layer. In the first one, use the motion blur @ 90 degrees, any length you want the blur to be. Do the same thing on the second layer and merge the two down. Duplicate the layer. On either one, play with the hue/saturation adjustments until it's at the shade of red you want it to be. Now you can make the red layer the bottom one. Use the glow effect to make it visible. Oh and you can make some new text in a new layer Also try this. Don't you mean motion blur :?: Quote v An excellent open–source strategy game—highly recommended. "I wish I had never been born," she said. "What are we born for?"
