NinjaManDan21
lol sorry I wasn't even on the last page so I didn't see it! I think given your line of work with second life etc. and your pursuit of this as a job, that your sig is perfect. Two lovely images to display you skill, and an "ad" if you will. Simple, not much that could present a flaw with your chosen style. 10/10 Great work! Rate my current! Quote Sig Battle Wins: 5My Gallery | Smoke>Flames Tutorial~96% of teens won't stand up for God. yy10
well firstly i think u cropped the render wrongly cuz a render is a .png where there is no bg, there is only the focal itself so u shouldnt need to cut the white space and there wont be any white lines around it. (i hope u know what i mean lol the text placement is weird, it looks like it's just floating by itself the whole sig is too big, there are a lot of boring spaces. maybe size it down a bit add more effects cuz it's quite boring right now looks like its got nothing goin on the border looks weird btw - -'' 5/10 rate this pls rate the one u think is better pls Edited November 26, 2011 by yy10 Quote deviantART sigs n stuff
warfighter67
First one is much better. I love the flame effect! Did you do that yourself? If so, 9/10 (for the added skill to do that) If not, 7.5/10 (for the design and layout skills) Rate: Quote My Soundclick!--Well of Souls MMO--Gallery--Facebook--Photobucket--Cool Tile Texture! DarkShock
8/10 I think the background of the sig should be a color that matches the rest of it. It's kinda dark. Nice job though. @yy10: Nice work. Would be cool of we could make sigs like that in Paint.NET Quote ---- Gallery | Sig Tutorial | deviantART | Sig Videos | PhotoBucket ----D E S T I N Y
AhmedElyamani
@ DarkShock Current signature: Very nice use of blue colors , i think the Man in the image looks silent but The effect looks eye catching , anyway i'll give it a 8/10 Rate My current signature .. Jaxon
@ Ahmed - 7.5/10, I Like the K.I.S.S. (keep it simple simon) approach to your layout. Nice subtle complexity and color choice of the background, the text is a bit too blurred for me. Nice one over all. Quote Gallery
nitenurse79
All your sigs are cool. I'm trying my hardest to create one but keep hitting a blank page all the time. My effort is pretty tame / bad / rushed. Edited December 2, 2011 by nitenurse79
Sozo
Not bad for a tame / bad / rushed job, keep working at it! I rate it at 7/10. I like to draw inspiration from other sigs I see, that's part of what helped me develop my own style of sig making. Speaking of which, I think it's time for an upgrade. Hows about an animated png? And is it not the tiniest filesize you've ever seen for one? It's all from scratch, aside from the font of course. AhmedElyamani
@nitenurse .. actually your signature is pretty neat , maybe another color to be used there , like some shine in golden arround the ellipse .. i like it .. 7/10 @CommanderSozo : I've always loved your signature ! it's really creative .. this should take 9/10 ! nitenurse79
@Ahmed, thank you I was going to add shine to it, but I got lost after layer three I will edit it soon. Thanks also for the rating too, 7/10 is kind of you. I give you 9/10 for your sig and 10/10 for your avatar @Sozo your sig is also worthy of a 9/10. It is very stark and clean. I like some of the animated sig's on here. I will watch with interest at your result

Most likely because it's a png not a gif. Rate this animation: 1 Quote Sig Battle Wins: 5My Gallery | Smoke>Flames Tutorial~96% of teens won't stand up for God. NinjaManDan21
Thanks both of you! @Ahmed- Your current sig is great, simple yet bold. 9/10 @nitenurse79- Your current sig is good, but you might try making the elipse a neon glow & making the text pop up like 3D. Otherwise great creativity 8/10 Quote Sig Battle Wins: 5My Gallery | Smoke>Flames Tutorial~96% of teens won't stand up for God. Ego Eram Reputo
Fixed a malformed quote tag in your previous post nitenurse79 Your sig is a big improvement on the last! I like the colors and the 3d look you have created. There are one or two shadowing problems: The shadow from the 7 shouldn't be over the top of the previous e when the lighting source is somewhere in front of the text. Secondly - the shadows for the left hand side are angled, making it appear that the light source is off to the left somewhere. BUT the shadows for the right hand side are angled in the opposite direction. This would only be possible if you had two light sources - one to the left and one to the right. If you did have two light sources, you would have secondary (possibly weaker) shadows for all of the letters. Clear as mud? Thank you EER, and thanks also for the pointers, It is always amazing how much detail can be missed by the creator, but spotted by fresh eyes. I should have used another layer for the shadow behind the numbers. Indeed it is clear as mud I will get it right sometime I'm sure. Thanks again Edited December 22, 2011 by nitenurse79
