I wanted to know the same thing so I looked into and yes there is, but unfortunately its not widely supported and kinda a pain in the rear to get working. I believe the guys behind Firefox will help with this in a newer version of FF

I can recommend "Microsoft GIF Animator v1.01" it has far more options than unfreeze and I'm working with this program since a year and I'm very happy with it.

Your sig, looks nice. The render is cutted out properly, but I can't read the text in the bottom right corner 7/10
