Jezulkim
I think they're talking about Terragen. Is anyone good with this program and can help me/ give me some tips... I'm not saying I'm good with this program, but I can create landscapes with it! its just like a streight up cliff with no snow?! You need to add colour to the landscape, there's a good tutorial here: http://individual.utoronto.ca/edegiuli/TGtut/TerragenTutLandscape.htm. It gets really easy when you get hang of it, trust me . You can download and see a terrain I made a while ago. Get it right here. EDIT: uploaded the zip to a different place Quote Internet Explorer

Crazy Man Dan
A great helper application to Terragen is World Machine (http://www.world-machine.com/). It's a terrain generator, but it works procedurally, so you can add controls and link them together to create a terrain. For instance, the terrain in my logo thing : http://paintdotnet.12.forumer.com/viewt ... 1015#21015 was created using World Machine, then shaded and rendered in Terragen. Picc84
Thank you CMD! I'm going to try that! RaveN, its realy easy to use, just hard to get realy good stuff. i have seen such realistic terrain made off of this program, that i actually thought it was real, but it just takes awhile to get the hang of... hopefully what CMD said will help me...
