ChantillyLace Posted July 9, 2014 Share Posted July 9, 2014 In photoshop there is a filter I believe under lighting effects that makes you able to apply what looks like directional lighting beams shining down or like flood lights spotlights flashlights etc. Is there anything like this for paintnet?
