Crazy Man Dan
There are two ways to do this. Firstly, if you only want to rotate the rectangle: Draw the rectangle. Create a rectangluar selection around that rectangle. Switch to the Move tool. (The tool in the upper-right corner of the toolbox or the [M] key) Right-click on one of the bounding handles. Move the mouse until the desired rotation in achieved. Secondly, if you want to rotate everything on the layer, or the rectangle is the only thing on the layer: Draw the rectangle. Under the "Layers" menu heading, select "Rotate/Zoom." (Or [Ctrl]+[shift]+[Z] if you're into shortcuts) On the left side of the dialogue box, click on the line around the outer ring of the orb outline. Drag the line around the ring until the desired rotation is achieved. I hope that helps! Rick Brewster
Actually you don't have to right click on one of the handles, you just have to drag anywhere with the right mouse button The handles are only used for resizing with the left mouse button.
