Or you can go to Settings -> Diagnostics and click Copy to Clipboard and paste that here. My non-psychic guess is that you have an Intel GPU. Rick Brewster Posted June 10, 2014 Share Posted June 10, 2014 As I suspected ... you have an Intel graphics chip. In 5268 I set it so that Intel chips have hardware acceleration disabled by default. I was getting a lot of reports like the one you gave here. Performance might be lower but .. it'll work!
