GTK
This for me is not working at all. I also have many instances of the Beta failing to install.
david.atwell
Can you give us some more information? What is your system, what is the workflow to reproduce the error, etc? Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.Amy: But how did it end up in there? The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
GTK
I have windows 7 64 Bit, to reproduce this all one has to do is to use the rectangular select tool and try to drag a selection across an image. It starts to work and then stops at about 3 inches.
colorfusion
I have Windows 7 64 bit, and rectangular select works fine for me.

GTK
My mouse works just fine on 3.5.11 and every other program.
GTK
It was a setting . I changed it and now it works just fine. I changed it to fixed ratio.
GTK
I use third party themes and when I change the theme the Beta Crashes? I am going back to 3,5 11. This is far from being ready for prime time.
Rick Brewster
Maybe you could help us out by posting the crash log and which theme you're using. It's a beta for a reason: to catch and squash these bugs. Acting indignant when it crashes and telling me "this is far from being ready for prime time" is unhelpful. Ego Eram Reputo
As was many users who were blaming it on my mouse. I will try it again and get back to you. I was not being unhelpful - nor was I blaming your mouse. I was trying to diagnose your problem with very little actual information. I said... @GTK: I wonder if it's your mouse. Can you try a different one? See? Trying to help. Rick Brewster
Yeah I've gotten several reports of that crash. I'm planning to have it fixed for the next update. david.atwell
As was many users who were blaming it on my mouse. I will try it again and get back to you. To be fair, it was, actually, an issue on your end. Our guess was as good as yours with the information you provided. Still, glad things are working out for you. A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.

david.atwell
Ah, I see. I was misunderstanding this... It was a setting . I changed it and now it works just fine. I changed it to fixed ratio. ...to say that you had flipped the setting and forgotten about it. :-) Sorry about that. Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior...
