Official translations for 4.0 via crowdin.net

Recommended Posts

He already did.

I also went through and approved all strings that somehow escaped my notice... All revisions should now be correctly incorporated (as of June 22nd 14:00 Seattle time, of course).

Are translators still needed?

I know I'm rather late now, but Russian version looks like it hasn't been really translated (it's just awful).

So, if there's still a chance:

Crowdin: Delfigamer

Language: Russian

Of course! Any changes you can contribute will be incorporated into the 4.0.1 release. And any changes after that will be in the 4.0.2 release (or whatever's after that, etc.)

Crowdin: Delfigamer

Language: Russian

Added!

Thanks!

Where do I find the upload feature people are talking about? I'm able to enter translations manually, but I don't have the File menu in the translation UI.

I can see the translations are just fine atm. Temporary crowdin error?

Edit: French and dutch .resx are missing...

Okay, my prime concern was with the Dutch translations that are no longer present.

Good that you checked yours and also others. They are there still.

So Rick, did something occur with the Dutch and French resx files in Crowdin?

It seems that Crowdin doesn't show the files.... but they're still there.

Just by changing the translation link en-fi to en-nl like so https://crowdin.com/translate/paintdotnet/1/en-nl

You can still access the translation, even if the Crowdin thinks the file itself is missing...

I haven't updated anything in awhile but everything should still be there.

I'll be sure to pick up any updates for the next update (probably 4.0.7, if you hadn't guessed ;) )

Hello fellow paint.net users and the awesome dev! :)

I would like to help bring a Bulgarian localization of paint.net!

My CrowdIn profile: https://crowdin.com/profile/sahwar
Language: Bulgarian (bg-BG)

P.S. Another Bulgarian has translated an earlier version of PDN into Bulgarian (so I will probably count as a co-translator when the translation is complete and I polish it for inclusion in PDN):
