Multiple Pages

Recommended Posts

Good morning,

I would like to use paint.net to produce double sided A4 flyers.

Is there a way to produce a 2 page document?

If not - and I have to use a separate file for each page - could you recommend the best way to combine them into a 2 page pdf?

Many thanks,

Phil

Hi Phil, welcome to the forum :D

2 page pdf - no. However not all is lost.

One way of doing it would be to create or edit images in PDN, working with each new element on its own layer so you can edit again later, then if you have Publisher use it to create your flyer importing the images you created in PDN. Remember to save once as a PDN file to preserve the layers & as a PNG as it will support transparency & is "lossless". It will be the PNG that you will need to import/insert.

If you don't have publisher you could use Word. I am pretty certain that both of these can be saved as a PDF.

Maybe others might have a different solution?

@precesh

Another way is to use Adobe Acrobat (not Reader).

Select the two (or n) images and then right click and from the context menu select Combine supported files in Acrobat...

@ sashwilko

Thanks, I had no idea of the existence of this plugin.

And thank you especially to Martin Osieka.

Filetypes have their own post in the Plugin Index thread - post #7.  Here http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/15260-plugin-index/?p=252171

I can't fault your logic in thinking that Filetypes would benefit from their own thread - but I hate to keep nagging Pyrochild
