How to: Loading a figure and give coordinates?

I want to know how you can get the coordinates of a figure that you upload in 'Paint.net' ?

I'm a little lost. By what do you mean coordinates?

If you just want to know a specific pixel location, use the mouse to point to the pixel then read the X & Y coordinates in the Status Bar at the bottom of the Editing Window.

 

Or are you trying to create an HTML image map?

i have designed a house, with 'sketchup' and now i would like to know the coordinates of the walls etc... .For drawing the house in C#... ! And is it possible to have 'snap on' with intersecting points?
