Hellfire010 Posted January 20, 2007 Share Posted January 20, 2007 It's quite simple, actually. 1: Download file. 2: Extract if needed. 3: Copy .dll file. 4: Paste into C:/Program Files/Paint.NET/Effects OR (depending on plugin type) C:/Program Files/Paint.NET/FileTypes You can fine these places by going to: My Computer > Local Disk (C:) > Program Files > Paint.NET . 5: If Paint.NET is open, close and reopen it.
