Rick Brewster 1,757 Posted October 5, 2005 Report Share Posted October 5, 2005 If you need a transparent background, you may use a selection tool to define the area you want to be transparent and then you can use the Edit->Clear Selection menu command to make it transparent. Once you've done that, you may select the Text tool in order to place and type in text (warning: our text tool is currently fairly primitive. We're working on it, honest).
