Much unsuccessful. http://www.mikes-games.com/paint/
Bob
Wow good catch! EDIT: PdN team is (almost) credited though. I don't see how to manage this "issue" (30$ for PdN and maybe a few plugins, let me laugh). No. Way. I've just seen Bob. And... *poof!*—just like that—he disappears into the mist again. ~Helio

BuzzKill
Here's my favorite part: â„¢Sharp-Paint is loosely Based on Paint.NET By The Paint.NET Team and uses some sources from that program... Got a good chuckle out of that one. Anyway, Be sure to grab a legitimate copy of Paint.NET from getpaint.net to enjoy all of of what PdN has to offer, for free. - DO NOT contact me asking for the .pdn of my avatar or the PDN logo. Thank you. Have a nice day.
Rick Brewster
Looks like he just downloaded the Paint.NET source code, put his name on it, bundled all the plugins he could find, and then released it. I'll look in to this. This isn't the first time this has happened. I'm inclined to not release the source code for 3.0 now. Edit: This is exactly the same as the last one, the file extention is *.mvp. usedHONDA
â„¢ Sharp-Paint is 100% Free however, You May Buy The Professional Sharp-Paint Studio for a Fee of $30.00 which the Studio contains more features and plugins... To Buy Contact the â„¢Sharp-Paint Development Team at paint@fidmail.com ???? Illegal!!! All they did was copy all of the plugins, create slightly different codes, and change the name. I'm guessing that the free one is 2.7 and the professional is 3.0 "The greatest thing about the Internet is that you can write anything you want and give it a false source." ~Ezra Pound twtr | dA | tmblr | yt | fb

Picc84
Rick, I think you should make some heavy restrictions on that sourse code... Because this isent the first copy you have found.. Like you said before...
usedHONDA
What kind of a stunt are you trying to pull? Copying Paint.net, using all of the plugins on the forum, changing the name and copyright, and expecting everyone to buy it for $30?I would like to know if you are actually a team of people, Michal Hardy. I'll bet that your free version is pdn 2.7 and the rip-off $30 one is pdn 3.0 I just want to day one more thing: BUSTED!!!! I felt like sending him an E-Mail. Rick Brewster
The MIT License that Paint.NET is released under is very generous, but he is outside of even those permissions. Plus he's ripping off half the stuff in the Plugins forum, which is something he definitely does not have the rights for.
