Specific Colour Change

Hi Everyone,

 

New to this so please be patient

 

Nice and simple...I would like to have my image black and white apart from a specific section of the image,

 

For example:  A football pitch in black and white, apart from the football which remains in color, Please see link for an example: http://www.theplayersagency.com/

 

Any ideas and directions very much appreciated!
