Image Stand Out

Hi everyone,

 

This is my first attempt in asking for assistants. I am new to the paint.net program and loving it, howver

am battle to find a way to make an image stand out. Can someone advise me, please?

Depends what you mean by stand out? A 3d effect, or brighter and impressive hues and colors? Please be more specific.

Not sure if this is what you're aiming for, but if it is, then you can use bevel selection found in the selection pack compiled by Boltbait.
